Prior to establishing Unhurried Life in 2007, Michelle was a corporate professional with over a decade of experience both in the small business sector as well as the Global Fortune 500 market. During her corporate adventure she spent many nights, weekends and vacations pursuing her ultimate passion of restoring individuals and families to the priorities they deem most valuable. Michelle left her corporate profession in 2007 in order to pursue putting her skills to better use by empowering others with the gift of "more time."

Michelle Schroeder has over 12 years experience as a business owner and Professional Organizer, is a member of the National Association of Productivity and Organizing Professionals (NAPO), is an Evernote Certified Consultant, is a Past President of the Dallas / Fort Worth chapter for NAPO (previously served 5 years on the Board of Directors of the NAPO-DFW Chapter), is a Cum Laude graduate of Texas Tech University with a B.S. in Human Development, and has completed 2 years of graduate studies towards earning a Master of Arts in Professional Counseling at Amberton University.
